Have you ever tried to understand how to apply esoteric principals to business? There’s a lot you can discover about the universal flow that makes life easier, once you stop separating spirituality and REAL life!
Quote: Now try to slip past all concerns related to your own sense of inadequacy. It is obvious that any situation which causes you concern, is usually associated with feelings of inadequacy. Otherwise, you would believe that you could deal with the situation successfully.

I felt compelled to write about this today because there’s so much confusion and frustration around separating your spiritual life with the way you approach business.
The disconnect here, is that there’s NO real difference between spiritual teachings and how to be a successful business woman! The beauty is that they use the same formula. The challenge people face, is that they still believe the two are separate. When the fact is, they are not! Separation is a manipulation, created by your alter ego to trick you into not trusting your own intuition.
Let me explain how you can use this to your advantage.
When you believe that circumstances are affecting how you get results, you are at a major disadvantage because you’ve given away your power by feeding into negative energy. This way of thinking can actually impede your progress and let's face it, that is no way for you win.
Many people demonstrate this by blaming other people for their short comings. The truth is, that YOU are powerful beyond words! In order to experience that zest for life you have to connect the dots back to YOU!
Let’s take someone who is a controlling person. They often find themselves frustrated with the actions of other people. The truth is that the real cause of the disconnect, is actually in their own mind.
Did you ever notice that a controlling person always seems to find the same problem over and over again, only with different people? What they are really afraid of is that they can’t trust themselves to get the job done right! Controlling people are out of control on the inside and are grasping at straws to make everything seem all right. The way to help a controlling person is to LOVE them!
Another example is what I refer to as a person with the "door-mat" syndrome. They are no different from the controlling person in that they give birth to another role. The role of being a victim. These people allow their alter ego to trick them into thinking that they are 'less then'.
The 'less-then' character will manifest itself by using the excuse of "blaming" others for taking advantage of them.
When the real truth is that the blame rests solely in their own minds. The lesson is that, you get whatever it is that you give. If you're giving people SHIT, then you’re going to get it right back at you!
To correct the problem, you must do so from where it begins ~ within. Ultimately, you want to find confidence in everything that you do. Your value comes from your thoughts, not from the way you perform. There’s a new paradigm in the way women are doing business and it’s not about judgment or blame, it’s about co-creation and trades.
History shows us the perfect working model – Family. We all belong to one. Whether we call it a family, a tribe or a clan, each of us is unique. We have a role, a purpose and we all add value to our village.
In today’s economy, it’s critical for you to understand the value of your God given talents and there are ample resources in the world to help get you to where you want to be. See the purpose in that. Look around you. Who you can lend a hand to? Better yet, see who shows up to lend YOU a helping hand when you need it most.
If a match does not occur then let go. Here's the good news, behind every release is a connection.
