Women Seek Financial Wealth For Freedom….Where Men Look To Wealth For Measuring Their Victories!
There’s no secret that men are from Mars and women are from Venus, so why would our motivations be any different in building wealth?
“Women seek financial wealth” for freedom, when men use it to measure their self worth. This is yet another fundamental difference between men and women. As we move into a more feminine global business structure, we have more of a need today then ever before for women to understand that they count!
Women are on the rise in pay, leadership positions and as the second income in many households. We can’t help but to see the esoteric balancing occurring in boardrooms all over America. There is strength between the feminine and masculine working together as one.
As a woman, you are responsible for knowing who you are and what makes you happy. When a woman is unhappy, her business can suffer drastically. Therefore her output in the world is lacking what’s possible.
Because men are single focused, they can leave their personal issues outside the workroom and focus on getting the job done.
We are moving into a time in history where women are being called to lead. They have an important role in moving us into the future. Just like helping a little child get ready to go off to school, women are responsible for nurturing ideas, people, and businesses to their final destination.
We have the power to persuade, influence, and empower life changing decisions just because we care. The key is to know what you care about and go for it!
Are you directing your energy towards a cause worth moving towards?
It’s not about just getting what YOU want anymore. It’s bigger then that. It’s about starting or getting behind a movement.
What is a movement?
It’s a cause that you get behind that benefits others! However, the twist in the new economy is that you take care of you too… It’s time that scarcity be gone and the wealth be spread amongst the people.
A movement is best led by a leader who is not an angry activist. There is nothing worse or more damaging then a negative movement.
As you focus on driving your cause, be positive. In other words BE THE CHANGE!
When looking at your business, know that an outward focused movement model will lead to greater success then your own personal motivations. In other words, stay focused outward on the benefit that your company has on a particular segment of society and be relentless at serving THAT!

Really stepping into my worthiness of being a well paid full time artist in 2012 …and I am feeling lots of emotions! Your article really validates the reasons why I am going to be traveling with my positive energy public art project and co-creating abundant opportunities with other along the way. My art project is something I want to share with people – for free — its called the Magic Passion Love Mass Manifesting Mobile – I’m inviting others to add their positive intentions for themselves and the world on the circles and we’re going to hang it publicly. In 3 weeks, I’m going to travel around the country meeting others to co-create this art with as well as financial abundance. One of my intentions with my art is create financial abundance and jobs!!
My conflict is asking for money to share Magic Passion Love.
I need money to travel. I want to be able to offer anyone is open to experience an amazing positive creative moment whether they have $ or not. I am working on moving out of place of scarcity/fear/guilt with money to trusting that all of my financial needs will be taken care of… because they have been since I made the decision to leave my full time job. I know its about Trust! … it just gets a little tingly each time I move in to a higher understanding of TRUST!

Joanne, Charging for your work is also a way to create appreciation. I’ve found that when I pay for another persons transformation or I give it to a client for free that they don’t get the same evolution. Now I know that some might argue with me on this however I would be willing to bet most who would argue are struggling with their relationship with money. There is a strategy in business to give people what they want for free however to keep the integrity of personal and spiritual growth an even exchange must come into play in the second step.
